MEREWETHER

This cool surf suburb of Newcastle East is surrounded by steep topography giving opportunity for some very impressive views to be captured and also some challenges in the build process, both of which we’re well versed in. Creating quality residential architecture in coastal areas and on sloping sites is our forte and is what our business has been built on.

With a number of projects completed in this location this is a space to watch as the projects continue to evolve and modernise the area.

HUNTER VALLEY

The rolling hills of the Hunter Valley provides not only beautiful scenery but also fruitful commercial endeavors for business involved with quality wines and produce, now synonymous with the region.

The quality of the architecture is starting to align with the scenery and produce and we have been part of the master planning of an exciting mixed use project to come in the future along with involvement in the design of apartments of the Chateau Elan of the Vintage Golf course.

NELSON BAY & PORT STEPHENS

The pristine waters and casual holiday town feel of the region provides a really nice framework to base the design of Architecture and Interior Design – Unpretentious, fun, modern.

We have completed works in Nelson Bay (Cafe on the Marina) and a bespoke Residential Dwelling in nearby Hawks Nest / Tea Gardens.

LAKE MACQUARIE

As the largest saltwater lake in Australia, Lake Macqaurie has a very large perimeter with fishing villages scattered around it’s perimeter. A mix of small weatherboard clad and large modern masonry homes fronting the foreshores create an interesting mix of architecture all based around the common goal of capturing the beauty and laid-back vibes of lakeside living.

We have completed both individual custom residential dwellings and multi-dwelling resort apartments fronting Lake Macquaire.
