EASTERN SUBURBS

Home to many of Sydney’s rich and famous, but also the cash strapped backpacker, the Eastern Suburbs is an interesting dichotomy of the old and the new, the manicured and the bohemian and it is this beauty we love to celebrate in our Architecture through the Eastern Suburbs. Exemplified in buildings that are simultaneously spectacular yet unpretentious and real or expressing the qualities of a raw material in a refined and beautifully crafted manner.

With examples of built works on the cliffs of Bondi and others overlooking the bays of Malabar we know the area, the councils and the consultants essential in delivering you a product that is both professional and timely…and most importantly a beautiful space!

NORTHERN BEACHES

With beautiful stretches of clean beaches and waterways, national parks and the perks of City living with a slightly more laid back lifestyle we seek to encapsulate this into our Northern Beaches Architecture, representing the region and it’s people.

Having designed coastal and beachfront buildings for nearly the last 40 years, working in regions like the Northern Beaches is really our forte’. The undulating topography of much of the Northern Beaches also drawers on our sloping site experience where we find ways to deliver buildings that take full advantage of the views and breezes often attributed with these sites in such a way that you’ll never want to return to a level block.

NORTH SHORE + HILLS DISTRICT

Known as the leafy and typically larger sites of Sydney the North Shore / Hills districts have their own unique Architecture often typified by pitched roofs, face brick and established gardens. Many areas also contain heritage listed items or fairly strict Character requirements.

With a portfolio of completed and underway works in Castle Hill, Beecroft and Cremorne we quite often bring a contemporary twist to a traditional built vernacular to satisfy the needs of the modern client who seek to also want to uphold the historic and classy character of the region.
